CONSTRUCTION AND MATERIALS

The lifespan and performance of our sofas are primarily determined by the quality of the foam and internal structure. At Bosili Furniture, we use high-resilience, high-density foam, which is widely regarded as one of the best materials for long-lasting comfort and support.

Foam quality is measured by density (lb/ft³) — in general, the higher the density, the better the durability and shape retention. Industry-standard high-quality foam typically ranges from 2.5 to 3.0 lb/ft³, offering strong support and excellent rebound performance.

At Bosili Furniture, we go beyond this standard by using high-density polyurethane foam (2.81 lb/ft³):

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

BOLISI FURMITURE GUARANTEES

This guarantee covers defects in materials and workmanship related to:

  • Sofa frames
  • Seat cushions
  • Back cushions

It ensures that your furniture is built to high-quality standards and performs as intended under normal residential use.

Our sofa guarantee is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase, or from the delivery date if that is later.

To make a claim, you must provide:

  • Original purchase receipt, or
  • Order confirmation email

This guarantee does not cover:

  • Fabric covers
  • Leather covers
  • Coated fabric covers
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear

If you submit a claim, our team will carefully inspect the product to determine whether it is covered under this guarantee.

If the issue is confirmed as a valid manufacturing defect, we will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the defective product, or
  • Replace it with the same or a comparable product

If repair or replacement is required:

  • We will cover the cost of repairs, replacement parts, labor, and technician travel
  • The product must be accessible for repair without special or additional construction work
  • Any unauthorized repairs will not be covered under this guarantee
